Before OneTeam, we built Sling - an employee scheduling and workforce management platform we founded in 2015.
Today, Sling is used by tens of thousands of businesses across 30+ industries, in over 120 countries, and in every single state in the U.S.
We sold Sling in 2022 to Toast - the leading restaurant POS platform in the world.
But along the way, we saw something clearly: hiring was still completely broken.
So we started again.
Is built by exceptional product people, all obsessed with one goal: building the best hiring software in the world.
And we’re just getting started. Because we believe the future
isn’t about managing hiring - it’s about letting AI run it.
